WinTec Protective Systems, Inc., a Subsidiary of Medina International Holdings, Inc., Announces Distribution Agreement with Saxon Security, Inc.

CORONA, Calif., Oct. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medina International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MIHI) announced today that its subsidiary WinTec Protective Systems, Inc., has executed a Distribution Agreement with Saxon Security, Inc., New York.  

Saxon Security, Inc. is distributing one of WinTec's products, Cor-Tain, a nano based polymer anti-corrosive coating system designed to either end or shorten the ongoing application of paints or epoxies to stop or slow corrosion.  The unique ability of this nano based coating is an alternative to galvanization and epoxy coatings.
