Winston & Strawn Expands IP Litigation Practice With Addition of David Enzminger to Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES, March 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that David Enzminger joined its intellectual property litigation practice in Los Angeles as a partner. Enzminger brings more than 20 years of experience in IP and technology litigation, with a particular emphasis on patent, trade secret, trademark, and antitrust matters. He joins Winston from O'Melveny & Myers LLP.

Enzminger is particularly well known for his work in handling complex patent and trade infringement cases in state and federal courts for clients in the telecommunications, computer hardware and software, and manufacturing industries. He is also experienced in litigating disputes involving trade secrets and allegations of false advertising and unfair competition.
