Winstead Announces New Shareholders and Executive Committee Members for 2011

Winstead's new shareholders are:
Tony Eppert – Houston – Taxation, Employee Benefits and Private Business
Greta Goldsby – Austin – Real Estate Development and Investments
Jeff Matthews – Dallas – Real Estate Development and Investments
Derek Seal – Austin – Energy and Environmental Law
Alex Valdes – Austin – Commercial Litigation
Winstead Shareholders also elected Ross Margraves from the Houston Office and Mike Alessio from the Dallas Office to the firm's Executive Committee. Alessio is a shareholder working in Winstead's Real Estate Development and Investment practice, serving clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Margraves is a shareholder working in Winstead's Corporate, Securities/Mergers and Acquisitions practice. He's a former managing shareholder of Winstead's Houston Office and also serves as the lateral hiring partner for Houston.
