Winning raffle ticket numbers are listed on the website by prize category. In addition, every Lottery retailer has a ticket checker allowing players to scan their own tickets to learn if they have won a prize. Players should check every ticket, every time.
This was the first edition of Millionaire Raffle to feature Early Bird Bonus Drawings during the first six weeks of ticket sales, with each drawing awarding three $50,000 prizes. Players should check their New Year's Millionaire Raffle ticket numbers against the Early Bird Bonus Drawing winning ticket numbers posted at palottery.com. Scanning a ticket will not indicate whether it has won an Early Bird Bonus prize, and it is possible for a ticket to have won in both an Early Bird Bonus Drawing and the main game drawing.
Early Bird Bonus Drawing prizes must be claimed in person at one of the seven Pennsylvania Lottery offices located across the state and cannot be claimed at a retailer or by mail. See official rules and prize claim instructions at palottery.com.
Since its first offering in 2005, the Pennsylvania Lottery's Millionaire Raffle has created over 100 new millionaires and tens of thousands of other winners.
