The program recognizes a "Commercial Insurance Agency of the Year," as well as "Awards for Excellence" in four categories. The 2011 winners are:

- Technology & Operations: Parker, Smith & Feek

The winners are profiled in the Oct. 3 edition of National Underwriter Property & Casualty, in the upcoming November issue of American Agent & Broker, and on PropertyCasualty360.com. They also took part in a roundtable discussion in New York on "The State of the Independent Agent," with highlights to appear in the Nov. 7 edition of National Underwriter Property & Casualty and the December issue of American Agent & Broker.
