Glazer has joined the firm's technology transactions practice as a partner in the New York office. Glazer was previously a partner and co-leader of the technology transactions and emerging companies groups in the New York and London offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.

Glazer counsels clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and financial institutions on commercial, intellectual property, and technology matters. His practice is focused on IP and technology contracts, including licensing, sourcing, and services arrangements, and the IP and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions.

With particular expertise in the London market, Glazer also regularly advises UK and other non-U.S. companies on their efforts to expand into the U.S., obtain financing from U.S.-based venture capital firms, and complete commercial arrangements with U.S. strategic partners. In this context, he works closely with various government agencies, investors, and accelerators on cross-border trade and investment initiatives.

In the past two years, Glazer has been involved in client work on behalf of more than 100 UK and other European technology companies. He was honored by The American Lawyer as its 2015 "Transatlantic Innovator of the Year" and by Tech City News as one of the London tech community's leading "International Connectors." Glazer also has been recognized by the New York Law Journal, Chambers USA, Legal 500, and Smart CEO Magazine.

Glazer earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1998. He received an A.B. in history, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1995. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and he is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England and Wales.
