"Dave's well-rounded background and wide range of skills make him an ideal addition to our litigation and antitrust practices," said CEO Steve Bochner. "He has extensive experience successfully representing companies in high-stakes, high-profile antitrust and IP matters; he served in-house at both a major software company and a venture-backed start-up; and he has substantial international experience, especially in Asia and Europe.
