The Founding Father Collection was shaped by Thomas Jefferson's writings, where he revealed his love for Virginia's gardens. The collection includes flowers Jefferson preferred, including Damask Rose, Hollyhock, the Peony, Cardinal Flowers and the Turk's Cap Lily.
WILLIAMSBURG Berry Patch Collection pays homage to the quality of berries found in Williamsburg during the 18th century. Viewers can purchase raspberry, strawberry and blueberry plants from WILLIAMSBURG for their own gardens. The Shade Tolerant Collection is ideal for gardens with partial or deep shade. Christmas Fern and Hellebores, Virginia Bluebells, and Lily of the Valley, thrive in darker environments
For those with sunny gardens, the Alexander Craig Collection is ideal. Garden Phlox, Hollyhock, and Daylilies soften fence lines and add color. Iris is also prevalent throughout Colonial Williamsburg's gardens. The flowers grow easily and add bold texture to flower borders. The Three Seasons of Iris Collection invites QVC viewers to bring irises into their gardens.
Early plant explorers were amazed by Virginia's plants, especially during autumn when foliage painted the landscape with robust colors. Not just a one season collection, the Fall Foliage Collection provides attractive blooms and fruits that will flourish all year.
During the 18th century, the finest gardens were found at the Governor's Palace, the inspiration for the Governor's Palace Collection. Colorful ornamental flowers are a pleasure to look at and give all gardeners a green thumb.
