Williams to Present at Two Analyst Conferences in December

TULSA, Okla., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams (NYSE: WMB) announced today that the company will be presenting at two analyst conferences in December.

On Tuesday, Dec. 6, Williams' Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Don Chappel will present at the Wells Fargo Securities 10th Annual 2011 Pipeline, MLP and E&P, Services and Utility Symposium.  He will also present the following day, Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Chickasaw Capital MLP Investor Conference.

In addition to his role at Williams, Chappel serves as director and chief financial officer for the general partner of Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ).

The presentations for each conference will be available at www.williams.com/investors and at www.williamslp.com on the morning of their respective presentations. Neither presentation will be webcast.
