Williams Partners Prices $500 Million of Senior Notes
TULSA, Okla., Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) today announced that it has priced a public offering of $500 million of its 4-percent senior notes due 2021 at a price of 99.593 percent of par. The expected settlement date for the offering is Nov. 17.
Williams Partners expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its senior unsecured credit facility and for general partnership purposes.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBS Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
