William Richard ("Bill") Purdy is recognized by Continental Who's Who
JACKSON, Miss., Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- William Richard ("Bill") Purdy is recognized by Continental Who's Who as Attorney of the Year in the field of Law. Mr. Purdy has over 40 years of experience, concentrating on construction law and government contracts. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi and is admitted to federal courts across the country.
Mr. Purdy is a partner in the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Tracing its founding in 1870, Bradley has become a nationally renowned law firm. Bill Purdy has been recognized by his peers as a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers, and a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation. Mr. Purdy is a Master of the Bench of the Charles Clark Chapter of the American Inns of Court (President, 2012-2014).
Mr. Purdy served as an infantry company commander, 1st Marines, in Vietnam, where he received the Bronze Star Medal with Combat "V" for Valor and the Purple Heart Medal.
