WidePoint Enters into Global Master Services Agreement with Compass Group PLC

MCLEAN, Va., Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- WidePoint Corporation (NYSE Mkt: WYY), a leading provider of enterprise-level Managed Mobility Solutions featuring Enterprise-wide identity and data assurance solutions deliverable in a secured cloud environment, announced today that it has entered into a Global Master Services Agreement with Compass Group PLC. 

Compass Group PLC (www.compass-group.com) is one of the world's largest food and support services companies, with annual revenue in excess of $27 billion and over 500,000 employees working in around 50 countries.

The new agreement anticipates WidePoint providing a full menu of managed mobility solutions to Compass locations worldwide.  Compass will also offer WidePoint's portfolio of cost-effective services through their committed customers and partners program.
