St. John St. to the north, portions of Balbach St. and Viola Ave. to the south, N. 6th St. to the east, and Almaden Blvd. to the west. The new Network will also benefit the downtown parking infrastructure, primarily the pay-to-park meters, by improving the speed by which time-sensitive transactions occur.
