White Lodging Names Paula Spada as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel

With White Lodging's owned portfolio value on track to reach roughly $3 billion over the next 36 months, including over $900 million of active development that is underway, the timing is perfect for someone of Spada's talent to be joining the White Lodging team.

Prior to joining Hyatt, Spada practiced as an associate in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, where she specialized in private and public mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and joint venture transactions.  She also practiced as an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing private equity firms in the acquisition, governance, divestiture and finance of portfolio companies. 

Spada earned a Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Masters in Laws from the University of Michigan Law School.
