White Lodging Names New General Managers for Seven Properties

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., Oct. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- White Lodging is pleased to announce the following individuals have been named general managers within the last month across the company.

Nicki D'Entremont has been promoted to general manager of the Courtyard Austin South. Previously, D'Entremont was the general manager at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin South. Before becoming a general manager with White Lodging, D'Entremont was the sales manager at a Residence Inn in Austin. She also gained a variety of experience in the disciplines of sales, operations and front office starting as a guest service representative in 2005 at the Courtyard Austin South, where she will now be returning. D'Entremont was also a part of the opening teams for the Hilton Garden Inn Austin North and also for the Courtyard Austin North. She graduated from Marriott's Extended Stay Sales Edge as a top performer and in 2008 was named the White Lodging Associate of the Year.

Colleen Quinlan has been promoted to general manager of the Sleep Inn Midway. Previously, Quinlan was the assistant general manager at the Holiday Inn Express Midway. She joined White Lodging in 2008 as a guest service representative with the Marriott Chicago Midway. From there, she gained experience at the Sleep Inn Midway as the operations supervisor and then the Hampton Inn Midway as front office manager. Before entering the hospitality industry, Quinlan was a relief worker with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago in 2007.

Claire Doty has been promoted to general manager of the Residence Inn Chicago Southeast/Hammond. Previously, Doty was the assistant general manager at the SpringHill Suites Schaumburg in Illinois. Before joining the SpringHill Suites in Schaumburg in 2012, Doty gained experience at the Midway Hotel Center as operations manager of the Holiday Inn Express and cluster event coordinator and interim event manager for the entire complex from 2010-2011. Doty's first position with White Lodging was housekeeping supervisor at the Courtyard Midway in 2009. Prior to her experience with White Lodging, Doty also worked for the Radisson Hotel Lansing and Doubletree Hotel Dearborn with Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. as a rotational management intern.

Ashley Wilson has been promoted to general manager of the Courtyard Dallas/Mesquite in Texas. Most recently, Wilson was the assistant general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Austin North. Wilson joined White Lodging in March 2011 as a guest service representative and sales coordinator at the SpringHill Suites Austin South. In October of 2011, she was promoted to operations manager at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin South. Prior to her experience with White Lodging, Wilson worked as a front desk service representative, night auditor, sales coordinator and assistant general manager for the La Quinta inn Austin Capitol with LQ Management, LLC.

Jon Gustin has been promoted to general manager of the Courtyard Houston Galleria in Texas. Previously, Gustin was the dual assistant general manager of the Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites Chicago River North. Gustin brings over seven years of hospitality experience to his new role, including a rich history with White Lodging in management at properties such as the Courtyard Valley Forge/Collegeville in Pennsylvania, the Residence Inn in Detroit/Pontiac and Residence Inn Detroit Novi in Michigan. Prior to his experience with White Lodging, Gustin was a front desk supervisor with the Detroit Livonia Marriott.

Erin Bertollini  has been promoted  to general manager of the Radisson Star Plaza in Merrillville, Ind. Bertollini joined White Lodging in December 2006 as the food and beverage director of the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac at Centerpoint in Michigan, where he won the 2008 White Lodging Services "Food and Beverage Special Achievement" award.  In August 2009, he joined the Star Plaza as director of food and beverage and was quickly promoted in July of 2010 to director of operations.  Bertollini was again promoted to his first general manager role at the Marriott Chicago Midway in July of 2011 and will now be returning to Merrillville to finish the job he started at the Radisson Star Plaza.

Brandon Maynard has been promoted to general manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport. Previously, Maynard was the assistant general manager at the Courtyard Louisville Northeast in Kentucky. Maynard brings over five years of experience with White Lodging at properties such as the SpringHill Suites, Courtyard and Residence Inn hotels in Louisville. He has held multiple positions such as front desk supervisor/housekeeping, cluster sales coordinator/outside sales and front office manager.
