Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Announces Voting Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting
WHISTLER, BC, Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) (the "Company") today announced the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on February 10, 2016 in Whistler, British Columbia (the "Meeting"). A total of 29,745,332 common shares were represented at the Meeting, being 78.09% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Each of the director nominees proposed by management were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the votes cast by ballot for directors of the Company at the Meeting are shown below:
