BENTON HARBOR, Mich., April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE:WHR) declared today a 25 percent increase in the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 62.5 cents per share from 50 cents per share. The dividend is payable June 15, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2013.
