Analyst Update: Financial Results, Application Updates, Management Restructuring, Software Launches and Shareholders' Meeting

The U.S. stock markets on Tuesday closed mostly higher with the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) closing above 18,000 for the first time, amidst positive data, which showed that economic activity in third quarter expanded at its fastest pace since Q3 2003. The DJIA closed at 18,024.17, up 0.36%, while the S&P 500 closed at record high of 2,082.2, up 0.17%. The NASDAQ, however, ended the day in red, down 0.33% at 4,765.4. The U.S. markets got a boost from the revised Q3 GDP growth data, which showed that the Country's GDP accelerated to an annualized rate of 5.0%, up from 3.9%, predicted earlier. European stocks too rose, buoyed by positive across the Atlantic, even though a fall in Greek stocks kept a lid on gains. The stocks were also helped by positive economic news from Spain and Portugal. The Bank of Spain raised its economic forecast, while Portugal's budget deficit shrank to 4.3% of its GDP in the 12 months to the end of September, from 4.8% a year earlier. The Asian stock markets ended the day on a mixed note with lower trading volumes ahead of Christmas holiday.

With the updated Scout application, users can now manage the details of creating an event, contacting and inviting friends, choosing a location, communicating with the group and navigating, all within the application.
Tesla Motors, Inc.'s (Tesla) non-GAAP diluted EPS for third quarter 2014 came in at $0.02 which surpassed consensus estimate of $0.01 loss per share by Thomson Reuters. The Company's Q3 2014 GAAP net loss widened to $74.7 million or $0.60 diluted loss per share, from net loss of $38.5 million or $0.32 diluted loss per share in Q3 2013.
The ExOne Company (ExOne) announced management restructuring to provide direct and centralized operational control and reporting to its Chairman and CEO, S. Kent Rockwell.
THT Heat Transfer Technology, Inc.'s (THT) shareholders, at its Annual Meeting on November 19, 2014, elected Guohong Zhao, Fucai Zhan, Jingxun Chen, To Tsang, Youjun Lian, and Ariel Poppel to the Company's Board of Directors.
Transcat, Inc. (Transcat) has launched Web 3.0, a new website platform designed to support both segments of Transcat's business. The Web 3.0 platform supports the Distribution business, facilitating smooth and improved transactions, superior search capabilities, advanced functionality, strategic vendor stores and other premium content, plus enhanced product information for easier product comparisons.
