Annual SID Press and Analyst Breakfast:
SID will host a press breakfast exclusively for media and market analysts on the first day of the exhibition, Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Exhibitor news, key announcements and an overview of goings-on around the exhibition floor will be highlighted at this 7 a.m. event, which will be held in the press room, 151 A/B.
Exhibitor Press Conferences:
SID gives exhibitors a chance to speak with key media and analysts regarding upcoming announcements, new products, and exhibit features in concise, 15-20 minute time blocks between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5. Here's the current lineup of exhibitor press conferences currently scheduled for Tuesday:
- 11:30 a.m. – Mass Integrated/Smarter Glass
- 1 p.m. – Touch International
- 1:30 – Tactonic
- 2 p.m. – TandemLaunch Technologies
- 2:30 p.m. – Mirametrix
Ribbon-cutting Ceremony:
A ribbon-cutting ceremony commemorating SID's 50 years of innovation will kick off the opening of the exhibition, which follows immediately after the morning keynote addresses. Join us at 10:30 a.m. for this event, and then hit the exhibition floor to explore the latest and best innovations in display technology!
Press Room:
The press room is 151 A/B, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. If you pre-registered but did not receive your badge in the mail, you can pick it up in the press room starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012. Press room hours are:
- Monday, June 4: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday , June 5: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 6: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, June 7: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
As an accredited member of the press or a market research firm, you are welcome to use the press room to conduct interviews with exhibitors, post stories, or rest your weary feet. There will be free wireless access, along with a few computer terminals to make this your home away from home. Refreshments will also be served continuously throughout the day.
