Analyst Update: Financial Results, Estimates, Awards, and Upcoming Results

U.S. stocks closed higher on Monday, led by better than expected corporate earnings. The S&P 500 closed at 2114.49, up 0.29%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.26% to 18070.4, and the NASDAQ Composite ended the session at 5016.929, up 0.23%. European stocks gained on Monday, supported by strong manufacturing data across the region. Germany's DAX 30 rose 1.44%, and France's CAC 40 jumped 0.70%, while U.K. markets were closed for a public holiday. Meanwhile, Asian markets were mostly up on Monday, amid expectations that China will deploy stimulus measures to tackle slowing economic growth. The Shanghai Composite and Australia's S&P ASX ended higher, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng index closed flat.
W&T Offshore Inc. announced on April 27, 2015 that it plans to release its Q1 2015 financial and operational results on May 6, 2015, after market close. The Company has also scheduled a conference call in connection to the results, which will be held on May 7, 2015. W&T also announced that its 2015 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on May 6, 2015.
C&J Energy Services announced on April 10, 2015 that the Company's Belfield, ND Well Services facility has achieved Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star certification. C&J's facility achieved this recognition as a result of an audit that was conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Goodrich Petroleum Corporation announced on April 13, 2015, that it has scheduled a conference call to discuss its first quarter operational and financial results. The Company plans to issue its first quarter earnings before the markets open on May 6, 2015.
On April 14, 2015, Rosetta Resources Inc. announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss its first quarter financial and operational results on May 5, 2015. Previously, on February 23, 2015, the Company had come out with its strategic outlook for two years. In the first year of the Company's two-year operational program, Rosetta plans on completing roughly 20 gross operated wells in the Eagle Ford and eight gross operated wells in the Permian.
On April 21, 2015, Bill Barrett Corporation announced that it plans to release its financial and operating results for the first quarter on May 8, 2015. Bill also provided updates on certain commodity data. According to the announcement, for the first quarter of 2015, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil prices averaged $48.63 per barrel, Northwest Pipeline (NWPL) natural gas prices averaged $2.79 per MMBtu and NYMEX natural gas prices averaged $2.99 per MMBtu.
