ORLANDO, Fla., July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Westgate Resorts, the largest privately held developer in the vacation ownership industry, is pleased to announce that the percentage rate of activated accounts for its new co-brand credit card, the Westgate Rewards MasterCard®, has skyrocketed within the first 30 days of its launch on June 13, 2013.

The popularity of the new Westgate Rewards MasterCard® can be traced to several factors, including a points-based loyalty program, flexible financing options, exclusive resort discounts, convenient online account activation and management, and no annual fee. Once approved for the Westgate Rewards MasterCard®, new Westgate Resorts owners will have the option to place their timeshare payment onto their Westgate Rewards MasterCard®, on a 6-month deferred interest promotion payment plan.
