Western Rim Property Services Selects KeyLink by BuildingLink® for Key Management Systems in 13 Luxury Properties in Texas

NEW YORK, June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BuildingLink.com, a market leader in the design of innovative web-based systems for managing communications, operations, and day-to-day activities for occupants and staff in residential buildings, announces that their electronic key management system KeyLink by BuildingLink® was selected for use in 13 of Western Rim's luxury properties in Texas.

KeyLink by BuildingLink is a complete electronic key security and management solution for the residential and commercial real estate market that records each key request into a password-protected database. KeyLink is also a third-generation Internet connected appliance that communicates to staff and residents through e-mail or text message every time a key is removed.

Western Rim Property Services and its wholly owned affiliate, Newport Classic Homes, own and manage over 7,500 apartment homes in Dallas/Fort Worth, Rockwall, San Antonio and Tyler, Texas. Seeking to provide its residents with the latest technology, KeyLink was an obvious choice. Especially appealing was its intuitive touchscreen, quick install, biometric fingerprint reader and secure SmartTag key tags for efficiently organizing keys.
