Scott Colbert will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. He will assist the Relocation department with creating new lead sources and more cost efficient strategies to provide leads for both West USA Realty and its agents. In addition, this position will be a part of educating and training the Mastermind agent group and assist with the Coaching division to develop high impact training presentations.
