West Coast Bancorp Announces Appointment of David Bouc as Executive Vice President-General Counsel
LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- West Coast Bancorp announced today the appointment of David Bouc as its General Counsel and Executive Vice President effective July 19, 2010, subject to regulatory approval. He most recently served as Vice President-Deputy General Counsel with HSBC North America and previously as attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
