West Cary Group Appoints International Consultant to Head Business Development

RICHMOND, Va., April 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- West Cary Group, an award-winning performance marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, has hired James Banta as its new Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this new role, he is charged with identifying growth areas in the communications industry and discovering new areas of opportunity for the agency.

For more than 25 years, Banta has specialized in developing businesses throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He has strengthened alliances for companies like GE Capital, JPMorgan Chase and Capital One, where he served as Managing Vice President of Partnerships. In 2012, he ventured out to lead his own consulting business, JamesBanta Corp.
