Werner Penk Joins Korn/Ferry as Global Market Managing Director, Technology

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Werner Penk will be joining the Firm in April as Global Market Managing Director, Technology. Mr. Penk, who is based in Europe, will report to Korn/Ferry CEO Gary Burnison and serve on the Firm's global operating committee.

Mr. Penk brings nearly three decades of market leadership to Korn/Ferry. He has vast experience working on high-profile Board and CEO engagements on behalf of leading technology companies across every major sector and geography.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Penk worked for Micrologica AG as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, and as a Vice President at Siemens AG, responsible for the computer systems business in Germany. During his time at Siemens, he was closely involved in the merger of Siemens and its largest German competitor, Nixdorf.
