We're delighted to announce the arrival of Shane O'Donnell as VP, Strategy!

NEW YORK, March 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bayard Advertising Agency, Inc., a full-service digital brand agency, is pleased to announce the addition of Shane O'Donnell to the team as Vice President, Strategy. Shane has been involved in HR and HR tech since 2000 and has been fortunate enough to be a key leader in the success of startup companies ASG, Indeed, and Recruitics.

Shane started his career in HR as a partner with ASG, a commercial staffing firm, that he helped scale to $90m in sales and led to the successful sale of the firm in 2007. While at Indeed, Shane was one of the top 5 sales leaders that helped the company grow revenues significantly and ultimately sell for over $1B. In 2013, he joined HR tech start-up, Recruitics (A leader in programmatic ad buying), as VP of Sales. There he helped scale the organization to more than ten times its original size in just 2.5 years. Shane has also advised numerous HR startups over the years by helping them identify the right team, ideal customer profiles and establish the go to market strategies.
