Prior to Google, Kathy led global talent management at Intel Security (McAfee) as well as Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. in addition to human resources leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and Levi Strauss. Kathy holds an MA in Organizational Development & Leadership and a BA in Human Resource Management. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Evidence Based Coach from the Fielding Graduate University, and a Social & Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach from the Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence (ISEI).
