Wellesley College Selects OnBase to Connect Content, Systems and Workflows Across Campus

Hyland's platform will support Wellesley's transition to paperless processes as well as long-term technology goals

CLEVELAND, Dec. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Wellesley College selected OnBase – a single enterprise information platform for managing content, processes and cases – to support the transition to paperless administrative processes, provide a central repository for content and documents, and connect critical ERP systems. In the future, Wellesley will also configure OnBase to manage workflows across campus.

The initial OnBase implementation will focus on eliminating paper in administrative processes, leveraging the platform's strength in content storage and retrieval, and saving time for Wellesley staff. By switching to electronic forms and workflows instead of paper forms processing, OnBase speeds decision making while improving the student and staff experience.

Wellesley is converting to OnBase from Nolij Web to help accelerate digital transformation, and to utilize the platform's integrations with key ERP systems.
