Weedmaps CEO, Justin Hartfield Tapped as Keynote Speaker for First Annual Weedstock Cannabis Investor Conference

DENVER, June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Justin Hartfield, CEO, Weedmaps, the world's largest online medical and recreational marijuana resource, will be participating as a keynote speaker for the inaugural Weedstock conference, a three-day marijuana investment event starting on June 29 at the Westin Denver Downtown Hotel in Colorado. Hartfield's keynote address, which will explore emerging technologies in the marijuana industry, will take place on June 30 from 1 to 1:30 p.m. (MDT).

The Weedstock Cannabis Investor Conference will provide attendees -- privately held and publicly traded companies, to industry investors and analysts -- with updates on the state of the industry and its impending evolution through various panel discussions and keynote presentations. The conference will also feature exhibits from marijuana companies and facilitate networking opportunities.

Hartfield's keynote, which will explore emerging technologies within the medical and recreational marijuana markets, will draw from his personal experiences as the CEO of Weedmaps and General Partner of Ghost Group, an operating and holding company focused on technology companies in the marijuana space.
