Wedding Rings Direct Name London & South East's Bride of the Year

UK-based jeweller Wedding Rings Direct is delighted to announce the winner of their first annual competition to find London and the South East's Bride of the Year for 2013/14

The passionate team behind Wedding Rings Direct, who design and manufacture wedding rings at their in-house studio and workshop in Brighton & Hove, launched their inaugural Bride of the Year competition at the start of August. 

The competition closed today and, after 26 qualifying entries and more than 800 public votes, the winning bride - who will receive a set of bespoke weddings rings and other wedding prizes worth more than £1500 - is Rosa Lee from Brighton.

Rosa Lee was nominated by Katie Lloyd who said: "Rosa is a wonderful Mummy to her beautiful daughter and she cannot wait to marry the man of her dreams in 2014. Rosa and her fiancé work hard to achieve everything they have and really deserve to win this competition."

Rosa Lee and her partner Alan Trussler - who are due to tie the knot on 14^th June 2014 - will receive the following prizes from Wedding Rings Direct and other local wedding suppliers:

- Set of two bespoke wedding rings by Wedding Rings Direct - worth up to £1,000

- Wedding make-up and trial by professional make-up artist Nina Sagri - worth up to £255

- Stunning engagement photo shoot by Light Trick Photography - worth up to £165

- Inspirational Wedding Consultation with wedding planning experts Doily Days & Belle's Events - worth up to £100

Rosa said: "Being on a tight budget it was amazing to find out we won, especially as it includes one of the most important things in the wedding: our rings."
