Wedbush Securities Appoints Dan Billings Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wedbush Securities is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Billings as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Wedbush in 2015 as the firm's Senior Vice President and Controller. In Dan's new role he will oversee Financial and Regulatory Accounting, Finance, and Internal Audit and Controls.

Prior to joining Wedbush, Dan served as Vice President, Treasury, and Senior Vice President, Legal Entity and Product Controller, at Jefferies' high yield trading division. He eventually took on the role of Senior Vice President, General Ledger Controller. Preceding this, Dan served as Audit Manager at KPMG US, where he managed all aspects of audit engagements for SEC registrants, registered broker dealers, and asset managers.
