Webroot SecureAnywhere® Security-as-a-Service Solutions Drive MSP Adoption; Webroot Gains 140 Percent Year-over-Year Segment Growth
BROOMFIELD, Colo., Nov. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Webroot, a leader in cloud-based security intelligence solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with LabTech Software, a remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution provider. Webroot SecureAnywhere® solutions and LabTech's leading RMM platform are now engineered together to enable managed service providers (MSPs) to deliver endpoint protection that is profitable to manage and easy to deploy. This partnership marks the latest in Webroot's expansion efforts within the MSP segment. The company added hundreds of MSP customers worldwide, resulting in significant sales growth during 2013.

Webroot achieved 140 percent year-over-year MSP market segment growth thus far in calendar 2013, driven by MSPs that are rapidly adopting Webroot SecureAnywhere® Business – Endpoint Protection and Webroot SecureAnywhere® Business – Mobile Protection to protect their clients and provide remote security management and administration. Among the most prominent developments in this growing customer segment was Webroot's four-year global agreement with Anittel, one of the world's largest MSPs, to deploy Webroot's protection to 10,000 customer endpoints.
