Weber Shandwick Names Julie Hall Boston General Manager

BOSTON, Sept. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Weber Shandwick, one of the world's leading global communications and marketing solutions firms, announced today the appointment of Julie Hall as executive vice president and general manager, Boston. Bringing an extensive background in strategic marketing communications, Hall will oversee the office's operations with a focus on delivering innovative client solutions, driving growth, nurturing talent and continuing to foster a culture of collaboration and bold thinking.
Hall will report to Joy Farber Kolo, president of Weber Shandwick East, and work closely with Micho Spring, chair of Weber Shandwick's global corporate practice and Weber Shandwick New England.

Over her 25-year career, Hall has led Boston-based teams at HAVAS, Cone and Schneider Associates, driving and overseeing marketing strategy for many of the world's largest companies and organizations. Most recently, she served as head of marketing and communications for genomic data technology company, WuXi NextCODE, based in Cambridge, MA. Previously she was chief growth officer and managing director for HAVAS in Boston. Hall also held an account role at Weber Shandwick early in her career.
