SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PG&E Corporation (NYSE:PCG) will release its third quarter 2012 financial results on October 29, 2012, rather than on November 6, 2012, as previously announced.  The corporation is reporting financial results in advance of further settlement discussions and mediation related to the gas proceedings.  The conference call to discuss financial results with members of the financial community will now be held at 10:00 am Eastern Time on October 29, 2012.
