HIGHLIGHTS
- Net operating revenue reached R$ 690.7 million in 2Q11, an increase of 13.8% against 1Q11 (R$ 607.0 million) and 37.3% compared with 2Q10 (R$ 503.1 million);
- EBITDA reached R$ 333.4 million in 2Q11, a growth of 5.1% against 1Q11 (R$ 317.2 million) and 22.2% compared with 2Q10 (R$ 272.8 million);
- Paid out in the 2nd quarter 2011 the amount of R$ 247.0 million, corresponding to R$ 1.63 per share of both types, to shareholders in the form of dividends and interest on shareholders' equity;
- 1st Issue of PNs by the IEMadeira subsidiary: In May 2011, the IEMadeira subsidiary issued Promissory Notes amounting to R$ 180.0 million, in a single series and maturing in September 2011 at a cost of CDI + 0.4% per year.
- 1st Issue of PNs by the Serra do Japi subsidiary: In April 2011, the Serra do Japi subsidiary issued Promissory Notes in the amount of R$ 70.0 million, in a single series and maturing in July 2011 at a cost of CDI + 0.3% per year.
- Volume of ADRs: The volume of the American Depositary Receipts – ADRs was US$ 68.7 million in 2Q11.
