Dawn Orr has been growing and managing private and public technology companies for the last 20 years, both as a member of senior and executive management at companies such as SAGA Software, Legent Corporation and BRIDGEWERX and as a Senior Manager with KPMG.

Dawn began her career with Price Waterhouse.  As a highly skilled financial executive, she has supported organizations with their IPOs, secondary offerings and mergers and acquisition activities while delivering gains in revenue, profits, and global market share. In addition, her experience and proven skills have led to making immediate improvements in operations, strategic planning, investor relations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Robert Morris University and has completed Executive Education coursework at the University of Michigan.
