DETROIT, Nov. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WDIV-TV Local 4 News is #1 at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. with one day remaining in the November 2011 Nielsen ratings period in the Detroit television market.
Local 4 News at 5 p.m. is #1 in the time period with a 5.7 household rating to beat both WXYZ (5.6 HH RTG) and WJBK (5.6 HH RTG). Local 4 News at 6 p.m. is #1 in household ratings in the 6-6:30 p.m. time period garnering a 7.7 household rating and a 15 share (compared to WXYZ 6.3 RTG, 12 SHR and WJBK 4.7 RTG, 9 SHR). Local 4 News at 11 p.m., anchored by Carmen Harlan, Devin Scillian, Chuck Gaidica and Bernie Smilovitz, is #1 M-F with an 8.7 household rating and a 15 share (compared to WXYZ 7.8 RTG, 14 SHR, WJBK 10 p.m. 7.8 RTG, 12 SHR, and WJBK 11 p.m. 4.9 RTG, 9 SHR).
