In a comparison of its Full Circle corporate wellness clients, those with wellness champion programs achieved a 68% portal participation rate in 2016. That's an 18% increase over organizations without a wellness champion program or committee, which had an average portal participation rate of 50%.

Qualification rates also improved in programs with wellness champions. WCS clients with wellness champion programs saw qualification rise by 11%.
This fall, WCS already launched the Champion Hub, a custom-designed platform that facilitates champions' communication and collaboration. WCS considers their wellness champion program to be the hallmark of its Full Circle offering, which includes customized comprehensive programs and stand-alone services for clients.
