Annually, solid waste companies and organizations come together to honor top drivers in the industry. This prestigious honor is based on driving records and commitment to customers. Mr. Figueroa stands out even more by encouraging all WCA employees to remain committed to safety and enhance the overall internal and external customer service goals of WCA.

While logging over 195 miles per day, he serves on WCA's Safety Committee to help train other WCA employees on proper safety procedures. Customers often praise Mr. Figueroa for his willingness to go above and beyond, while having a great sense of humor.
