Limited (TSX: BRB), today announced it will be recognized by Monde Selection, the International Institute for Quality Selections based in Belgium, for the superior brewing quality demonstrated in its Waterloo Dark, IPA and Amber beers. Monde Selection is the internationally acknowledged standard for product excellence in many consumer goods categories, including brewing.
Waterloo Dark, IPA and Amber were each awarded the gold medal for achieving superior quality based on the rigorous laboratory analysis and evaluations of expert tasting panels of Monde Selection. "These gold medals for Waterloo Dark, IPA and Amber are the result of a lot of hard work by our brewing team" offered Russell Tabata, Chief Technical Officer, Brick Brewing.
