The 107-unit, 92,000 square foot luxury senior living community is under construction by EMJ Corporation and scheduled to welcome residents in late 2020.

Watercrest Santa Rosa Beach will be a signature Watercrest product, offering 75 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments with resort-style service and world-class care.
