Specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions Has Earned Top Honors

Levine's principle areas of practice are mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate finance and securities law, joint ventures, contractual matters, among others.

As a member of the Corporate Practice Group at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell, LLP in Los Angeles, Levine has served as WASH's outside legal counsel for many years. Most notably, he provided general counsel in connection with the reorganization of WASH by CHS Capital in 2008, as well as WASH's acquisitions of Appliance Specialists (2008), Excalibur Laundries (2009), Fowler Route Company (2009), Clarks' Coin Laundry Service (2011), Automatic Appliance Laundries (2011), Great Lakes Commercial Services (2012), and CM Washer Service (2012).

Craig holds a juris doctorate from University of Southern California's Gould School of Law, where he was a member of The Southern California Law Review, and earned a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
