WASHINGTON, Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- SoundExchange today announced the appointment of Ron Wilcox of Warner Music Group (WMG) to its Board of Directors. Wilcox serves as WMG's Executive Counsel, Business Affairs, Strategic and Digital Initiatives and is known for his extensive background in the music industry.
Wilcox's appointment took effect January 1, 2017, and he replaces Jeff Walker of Sony Music Entertainment Inc.
