He expanded the firm to New Jersey, opening an office there in 2005, and grew TSC Design to a 100-person operation. Sotomayor later sold and merged his company with a large architectural design firm in New York in 2011.
Sotomayor graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is a founding member of the Knights of York, a New York City-based nonprofit organization comprised of business leaders devoted to contributing services and donations to help children in need.
