The newly formed group will work closely with the firm's institutional clients to evaluate the corporate activity universe and formulate bespoke investment strategies to capitalize on specific under-served opportunities.

The team is led by industry veterans Brett Buckley and James DiLeva. Mr. Buckley brings over two decades of buy side experience identifying investment opportunities within mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and many other event-related company situations. Mr. DiLeva has spent the bulk of his career providing cross asset sales coverage to a broad scope of institutional investors, with a focus on event driven strategies and macro situations.
