Walker hires industry veteran Sean Clayton as senior vice president
INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Indianapolis-based consulting firm Walker Information has named Sean Clayton senior vice president and strategic account manager.
"Sean's extensive experience in the industry uniquely positions him to help Walker's clients navigate ever-changing market dynamics and better position their company for growth," Walker president Phil Bounsall said.
Clayton brings more than twenty years of experience in the customer satisfaction and loyalty industry. Most recently he was responsible for the management of Ipsos Loyalty's (formerly Synovate) customer experience (CX) initiatives with West Coast-based technology sector clients, serving as senior advisor during the design, insights generation and deployment phases of their global programs.
In his new role as senior vice president and strategic account manager, he will work with Walker's clients to help them increase customer retention, accelerate growth, and improve profitability.
"What attracted me to Walker was how they've been able to integrate their deep research and analytics heritage with a robust, yet easy to deploy technology platform – which is a unique and powerful combination in the CX business," Clayton said.
