Since going public in 2010 through the end of 2016, the Company has evolved tremendously; the servicing portfolio has grown by 331 percent, revenues by 372 percent, and transaction volume by over 508 percent. The company continued its strong growth trajectory in the first half of 2017, with total transaction volumes increasing 38 percent, revenues up 34 percent, and net income up 64 percent over the same period in 2016.
Earlier this year the Company achieved one of its long-term, strategic goals of becoming a top-five loan originator with all three multifamily mortgage lending Agencies. Already ranked a top-five lender with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the Company became the fourth largest multifamily lender with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for 2016 according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.
