Walker & Dunlop Hires Wisconsin Origination Team

BETHESDA, Md., June 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) (the "Company") announced today that it hired Mr. James M. Cope and Mr. Patrick K. Dempsey as Senior Vice Presidents and will open a new office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Messrs. Cope and Dempsey will focus on financing all types of income-producing properties including office, apartments, hotels, industrial and retail in the Midwest region.
