BETHESDA, Md., April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) (the "Company") announced today that its subsidiary, Walker & Dunlop, LLC arranged $90,000,000 in financing for Hunt Valley Towne Centre, a Class A shopping center located in Hunt Valley, MD.
The loan, which was provided by American International Group, Inc., was structured with an 8-year interest-only term.
Hunt Valley Towne Centre is a 766,256 square foot regional retail center located along York Road with easy access to Interstate 83. The open air shopping center is anchored by Wegman's Food Market and boasts many national and regional tenants including Chipotle, GameStop, Chico's, California Pizza Kitchen, Caribou Coffee, and M&T Bank.
